Dr. Richard A. Cross has started a program to mentor Black Men particularly Young Black Men. The purpose is to prepare Black men for the future. This program will increase their value in the Classroom and prepare them to be Business Owners. They will also have the opportunity to build their communities and provide jobs to the people in their communities. The name of the program is “The BLACK MALE IMPACT (c) Where positive changes are inspired”.
The Black Male Impact project aims to help change the narrative through positive and insightful conversations with Black men who value education, self-respect, entrepreneurship, and service oriented. The goal is to provide a positive perspective to the next generation, especially for our young Black males. One of the primary focuses of the platform is for them to see through us as Black men that they should not limit themselves to what is possible to achieve.
Dr. Cross will find you as he searches many areas, cities, states and schools for the best and brightest young men that need the best opportunities to succeed in life. The mission of The Black Male Project is: Our mission is to create a specific platform that focuses solely on Black men where our intellectual prowess, determination to lead with excellence, and simultaneously commitment to creating a space that provides a different perspective from the norm and not only to change the narrative but to amplify our greatness.”
