Keandre Jones is a former star Linebacker for Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He was an upcoming star that followed his determination to be great. He was able to stay in the league but never gave up when injured or feeling down after a loss. He always bounced back and never swayed nor changed his attitude. He displayed his natural leadership, and his teammates had his back when it was needed. After a while this Champion came to a crossroad where he had to make a decision on his career. He had to decide if he was going to continue to play or work to build up the communities in the local Cincinnati area. We are talking about Millions of Dollars are serve your community. Per the interview he did with Charles King on his podcast “America in Black and White” he decided that the community needed him more. He turned down a deal and decided that he would start his organization “Everyday a Episode”. He was determined to make a difference in the lives of the kids in underserved communities and boy did he hit a Home Run.
Everyday a Episode was started with the kids in mind. It was started with the intention that no kid really would not be left behind. It has the intention of giving the kids in the surrounding communities things they really never had, leadership, mentorship, life skills and love. Keandre planned and came to the point of knowing what it was going to take to build this program and he did it. When it was time to launch this organization, his main focus was on Mentorship. Mentorship is what he felt would help the kids the most because to take away abandonment issues meant trust. Trust is exactly what he got from the kids in the surrounding communities. The Mentorship Program is done in sessions. All of the sessions give the kids the opportunity to build confidence in themselves and help them to cope with difficult situations. Dr. Richard A. Cross has started a program to mentor Black Men particularly Young Black Men. The purpose is to prepare Black men for the future. This program will increase their value in the Classroom and prepare them to be Business Owners. They will also have the opportunity to build their communities and provide jobs to the people in their communities. The name of the program is “The BLACK MALE IMPACT (c) Where positive changes are inspired”.
The Black Male Impact project aims to help change the narrative through positive and insightful conversations with Black men who value education, self-respect, entrepreneurship, and service oriented. The goal is to provide a positive perspective to the next generation, especially for our young Black males. One of the primary focuses of the platform is for them to see through us as Black men that they should not limit themselves to what is possible to achieve.

WELO, an acronym for “We Empower, Lift, and Overcome,” began as a grassroots initiative with a mission to break the cycle of generational challenges. Our vision is to help disadvantaged youth realize their full potential and live up to their abilities. Through positive team-building, educational and service oriented enrichment activities we empower youth to take an active role in determining their future. To ensure long-term transformation and success we have expanded our mentoring services by launching Mentoring on the Fly. This program allows kids ages 8 through LIFE mentoring until they can pay it forward. It is highlighted by We the Scenario Career Exploration Podcast Channel. This Podcast highlighted all the positive things that is needed to make the kids feel loved, safe and special. People always knew when there was something good coming from the organization. We truly make sure that no child is left behind.
This organization was started by 3 young men that truly wanted to see their community flourish. So they decided to do something about what they felt needed to be dealt with. The partnerships with the City of Oakland and many of the businesses in the community have added much value to the community and the organization. The organization is growing but the reputation is better than Pristine. It has grown to be a leader in the local communities and is a model for other organizations now. Dwayne and his co-workers have done a really good job of getting the word out those that don’t know the things they do and have done. Kids are coming to the organization by the Boatloads.
V. Impactful Projects
WELO is working with the City of Oakland on a Parks Beautification project. This project is to make the Parks more safe and beautiful for everyone to use and enjoy. They are doing new additions that will definitely bring more people out to enjoy the beautification.
Dwayne has the trust of everyone in the community. He is the go to person when anyone has questions or concerns. He is the man that makes things happen. People are always coming to him when they need help. This is from the City officials to the people in the community. This is another reason the organization has a halo protecting it.

High School Program
It is our goal to provide high school students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and career exploration opportunities within a non-profit setting, while giving back to others. Students in grades 9-12 can donate their time and skills in a number of ways:
Engage with participants (grades 4-8) in creative, recreational and educational activities
Plan, promote and host late night events
Work with other high school students in our We-Turn-Ship Program
By participating in this volunteer program, teens gain community service credit needed for graduation, professional experience in a non-profit setting, exposure career exploration events and the chance to collaborate with peers from all over the bay area.

The Board provides governance to the organization, represents the organization in the community, and accepts fiscal responsibility for the effective use of the resources of the organization to fulfill the Mission. The Board of Directors is responsible for defining the organization’s mission, setting policy and developing the strategic direction for the organization. We are looking for individuals to join the Board whose areas of strength include: fundraising, public relations, marketing, education, youth development, financial management, non-profit, and law.

The weather is nice and people are everywhere. We are heading towards the Summer Season like a headwind and people are preparing for gatherings, vacations and the Summer Holidays. As people are working and moving around doing the things they like to do, no one was thinking that they would see something traumatic. Afterall if you are in New York City there are always things going on and happening. New York is known for its abuse of Black People especially Black Men. The NYPD has killed many innocent Black Men and have never faced any consequences for their actions. They have their jails and prisons overpopulated with Black Men. Black Men and Women are abused by the states court system. The court system incarcerates them at a higher rate than any other ethnicity. If they commit the same crime as whites, black people are more likely to be incarcerated than whites. The bottom line Black People are more likely to go to jail in Self Defense Cases. This says to me that you are not allowed to protect yourself if you are Black. In fact if you call 911 they are background checking you as a criminal instead of listening to why you called. No one has ever taken the time to explain why there is so much hatred towards Black People. That is not rhetorical!!
On May 4th 2023 Jordan Neely was killed on a Subway Train in New York City. The Killer was Daniel Penny. Penny is a 24 year old former Marine. Jordan Neely was a 30 year old homeless man the did Michael Jackson Impressions. This man was not a threat to anyone and was simply trying to earn money to eat and live. Out of nowhere Penny grabs Neely from behind and puts him in a choke hold. What makes this even worse is Penny had 2 other men helped by restraining Neely’s arms and legs. It gets even better, the rest of the people on the train just watched and did nothing. They just watched as this man choked the life out of this man. They did the thing that is becoming more of a thing, they took out their phones and just watched a MURDER in cold blood. This just keeps getting worse, the NYPD interviewed the Murderer and let him go and the mainstream media wrote articles but would never divulge the name of the Murderer. This was a cover up that they were all complicit with and covered the murder citing that they were protecting him from violence when he was clearly the aggressor. If the shoe was on the other foot they would have Jordan Neely in handcuffs instantaneously and probably would have killed him anyway. There would not have been any questions but it is ok to Kill Black People. Karma is already making most suffer for all of this mistreatment and it is getting louder. I can tell you that the threats to killing Black People are going to get to the point that no one is going to care about threats. These people are getting worse and have shown who the real violent people are. Why is the justice system not working for Black People?
Reuters wrote an article on May 4th and they never cited the name of Daniel Penny. They covered him like a sheet and hid him from plane view. This is not Journalism this is Conspiracy actions that should be punished. The Mayor Eric Adams was basically putting the incident on Neely shifting the blame to Mental Illness when this is a homicide. I hope all the Black People of New York wise up soon and vote him out of office or recall him. This man has continually contributed to Black Communities being destroyed and continuing his membership with the NYPD and all that it does to make Black Lives Worse. He showed no compassion and never spoke the name of the Murderer but he is always trying to call out Black Communities that he refuse to do the things that need to be done to build them and work on the Homeless Crisis. He would rather lock these people up in Rikers in more Deplorable Conditions. He is like a hitman on the lose for prey. His counterpart, the disgusting Alvin Bragg would not even bring charges until the protest. How do they find these people that can not represent themselves much longer a constituent. These people only represent interest. Highest bidder wins and that is what has happened. If there is a court trial I am not sure Penny will lose. For the people of New York please make change and get real representatives that will represent your interests. People that will help you build your communities and make your life easier.
The Democratic Party has leaned heavily on the Black Vote for the longest. Over a period of time, the party has evolved as well as the Black Population. Both the Democratic Party and the Republican did something that is still a mystery. During the Civil Rights Era the parties switched sides and they both have become something that is still an unknown to Black People but a constant to White People. It was the Republican Party that pushed voting rights for Black People and got the bill of Lyndon B. Johnson passed through the Congress. It took two bills to get what was wanted and conceived by the other side but it was done. The question is still out as to if this would have happened if the Kennedy brothers would have still been in office.
The Democratic Party have had some prominent figures in the last 20 years. I am talking about people like Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi. All of these figures made an impact in a major way on Society. They made impacts that you will never forget. The thing about it is they made negative impacts on Black Culture and Black Society. Bill Clinton passed the Crime Bill that was pushed through with strong thrusts by then Senator Joe Biden. This Bill has led to the incarceration of Black Men that just will not stop Since that Bill more and more Black men are incarcerated at a pace that you just cannot keep up with. As a matter of fact, it was never ever changed, and the next 3 Presidents never brought it up. More and More men are being taken away from their families and there is nothing being done about it. Most Black People made the mistake of thinking Bill Clinton was going to do something for them when he helped to put them further in chains. He has never apologized for his exploitation of Black People to get in the White House but how this one Bill that stopped the progression of the Black Community for the Next 30+ years. Barack Obama the real Black President as Black People saw him to be for real the dream. Black People believed that he was the savior that would save the world. There were more Black People to vote for him in the history of this country and in the Black American History. We all worked on his campaign and believed that he would be the person to change the trajectory of the Black Community. Instead, he got 2 terms never made the decisions to make change in the Black Communities. Instead, he made it worse. Crime increased and unemployment went as high as 13% in the Black Community under Barack Obama. We all realized he is definitely not a savior but a man that has come to persecute his people. He acted as though he had no relative feelings to the community, but it seemed like he hated Black People. He was asked about Voting Rights and refused to extend the Voting rights Legislation because he made the decision that it was not necessary, he made it clear that he was not the President of Black America but the United States and refused to be seen with Black People that were not Celebrities. I hope people read this more than once. Joe Biden got two bites at the apple. He was in the Senate and now the President. He took Black People for granted as a Senator because he allowed Anita Hill to be persecuted in the Sexual Harassment case against Clarence Thomas. I have never seen a Black Woman be that disrespected. He then decides to run for President after being VP and was about to be kicked out the race. His campaign was dead, and the Black People of South Carolina saved his Ass. Black People came out and voted for him, put him in the White House and he can’t even mention or put a commission together to explore Reparations. Kamala Harris was considered to be the best Prosecutor in American History while the AG of San Francisco. She was prosecuting and locking them up. The thing about it is they were Black Men. The impact of this hit the Black Community like a ton of bricks. She can write books about her history but cannot do the necessary things to make a difference in the community. Nancy Pelosi has made a reputation for herself as a lady that plays hardball. She is known as a powerful legislator and strategist. She became the only lady House Speaker in US History. She was instrumental in ushering a Black Democratic Congressman out the Congress and arrested for bribery. The Congressman was from Louisiana. During this time there were several Congressman that were doing the same thing, but they never had this happen to them. I wonder why? Barack Obama is the only one of this group that had something positive to show the Black Community. He passed The Affordable Healthcare Act. These are examples of what the Democratic Party thinks of African Americans.
Overall African Americans have relied on the Democratic Party to do right by them. They still have not up to this day. They are taking African Americans for granted and think they can still control this block of votes because they think African Americans don’ t have another option. For this 2024 election they should be worried because they have got to do a lot to get African Americans to the polls. They have not fought hard enough for Voting Rights. They are not doing anything to start a commission for Reparations. They are not doing anything to stop Police Brutality. They are not doing enough on Student Loan Debt. I am saying that to say that it is time for African Americans to create their own party that will fight for what we need and want. No one is relying on a party to get things done but to show and do right by those that have given you a chance. It does not matter if you are Black or White the Democratic Party has done nothing to serve the community that has built it. What’s sad is the African Americans in the party are never seen with people that look like them. They have never proposed a Hate Crime Bill for African Americans like the ones for Asians and other minorities. The Democratic Party just simply don’t respect African Americans. It is time for African Americans to unify and work together on their behalf and doing the things that will bring prosperity to their communities.
The country of America was founded on thievery. There were already natives that occupied the land but the history books say it was discovered by Christopher Columbus. First lie perpetrated on this country because we know this was not true. Then the settlers get here and lie to the natives to say we come in peace and we want you to break bread with us. What happened then was a massacre, they massacred the natives and called the land their land. It is a celebrated holiday called Thanksgiving. Does this mean that death is a good thing and what we should be doing at all times. What more can these people do to make people think life was the best and they loved everyone.
Then they plot with the rest of the world against Africa and find a way to enslave the people. They first conspired with the rest of the world to change the world currency from Gold to Cash. After plotting and kidnapping millions of people from Africa they brought them to a land that they knew nothing about. They figured that it would be easier to still people from another land that knew nothing about a land that was across the world. They had just killed most of the natives and took their land so now it was time to get someone to do their work because they were too lazy to do their own work. They thought of ways to use people and benefit from their labor. This is what they called Capitalism but for who? This is how they would later come up with this thing they call Generational Wealth. This is why these people feel so entitled. It is really the people of Africa that are the real Kings and Queens. They are the ones and their descendants are the real entitled people of the world. Can this get any worse?
It is common for us to have Presidential Elections in America every 4 years. Well the year 2020 was no different with the exception of who the previous president was. Well lets go back to the previous election of 2016 when Donald J. Trump ran for president as a Republican against Hilary R. Clinton of the Democratic Party. Through the whole process we as American Citizens clearly saw discrepancies in the process. We got the chance to see the Republican Nominee get caught in plenty of scandal and it was never brought to light the way the media normally covers news and elections. This man was accused of Rape, Scandal with Finance and people affiliated with his campaign mixing with the Russians. There was a Dossier that attached him to the Russians where they were funding his campaign and stated that they were going to help him when the election. There was Scandal the whole time he kept the seat warm in the Oval Office but nothing meaningful was passed except one piece of Legislation that the Conservatives could never stop talking about. A Tax Bill that put the burden of the country on the backs of those that had to work and work at least 3 jobs to make ends meet but to never get any of the pocket change they earned. This Bill counted as Billions against the US Debt but no one said a word until it was too late. This was so horrifying for the country that no one would say anything bad or speak the truth to power about this Dictator. The people must show if they accept this or not.
After 4 years of scandal and being close to destroying democracy this Criminal/White Nationalist felt that he and his kids were entitled to run this country the way he thought it should be and that is to have all people that were non-white be disposed of. This man could only see that being White meant everything and everything else means absolutely nothing. Well we are here in 2020 and the election is taking place. There were more people voting in America than ever. There were more people wanting to have their say about Democracy and how it would work for them. This man and members of Congress made a strong attempt at creating a Coup. This is one thing mainstream
media leaked but it was not paid attention of. It was decided that this occupant of the White House that Russia helped put in that place wanted to stay and never leave. He had helped from people in the Congress, The Military, The FBI and local County and State Officials helping in this Coup to take over the Government. Would this work?
Donald Trump never really won the election in 2016 fairly but was put in the White House and had assistance from multiple parts of the U S Government to hold on to power by any means necessary. This man gave a green light to all groups and forms of White Supremacist to try and intimidate people as they see fit. He was able to tap into the negative energy of those that hated people that did not look like them. He allowed these people to display who they really were and those that wanted to see the year of 1920 re-appear. They are not ready for the way the world was evolving. The World is no longer White. This is taken as a threat from the benefactors of stealing everything from everyone that did not look like them. The people that never had really earn anything but tell others that this is the way of life. The fear is everyone else is close and they are not comfortable in knowing that they would have to work to keep this lead. The election has taken place and Joseph Biden has won the election. Donald Trump and the people affiliated with him concocted a lie that the election was stolen and tried to keep the certification of the election from taking place. It is known that Trump wants to stay in the White House to have immunity from prosecution for all the felonies he committed as the person put in the Oval Office until we have a duly elected president in the White House. There is an asterisk next to that number 45 but we know 46 was done fairly. These Terrorist attacked the capitol, killed people and fought with Law Enforcement. The strange thing is they knew what was going to happen but the Police were not allowed to carry weapons. Back up was not allowed and they almost killed the Vice President. The failed Coup breached the Capitol but they did not get the things that could have changed history. These people are felons and real criminals that need to be prosecuted. If this was any other group of people there would not be time for reflection. With the culprits being White we cannot rush to judgement we have to look and see what happened. It is both obvious and plain to see that there are 2 Americas. It is a fact that 2016 was stolen but 2020 was totally fair. Stay tuned because there is more to this story as time passes.
